If you need remote support there are several applications that we use that are very convenient to most users. For our Windows 10 users we are using Quick Assist. This Quick Assist application is available for free within Windows 10. For our older Windows OS/operating systems and Apple Mac users we recommend either TeamViewer or Chrome Remote Desktop if you have a Gmail email account. Chrome Remote Desktop is also Free from Google. TeamViewer is free and also has a paid version.

Our rate is $85 per hour with a one hour minimum and half hour increments after the first hour. You MUST have internet access for us to help you on your PC or Mac. If you have hardware issues you may need to mail in or drop your computer off to our office. Please note that some repair issues would be better served by dropping off the computer in need of repair at our office. Some repairs can take an extensive amount of time and you would benefit from the much lower cost because of the repair time to correct things in our office.

Some issues may also require that you reach out to the manufacturers such as Microsoft or Apple as they support their products. We also rely on the manufacturer to support their products with their software, and drivers support.

USER account. info related to iTunes or Microsoft accounts requires you know your email address and password and the use of a device such as your phone for authentication. Please have this ready before your remote session appointment.
